David Campbell injured his back at work in 2010. Since then, he’s had two spine surgeries and multiple epidural steroid injections, gone to physical therapy, done stretching exercises, taken pain medication and kept his weight at a healthy level. Despite all that, pain was making it almost impossible for David to function.
Community members are invited to a presentation about spiritual well-being on Monday, April 21, from noon to 1 p.m. Presenter Jon Hudnall, Reid chaplain, will help participants understand the importance of spiritual balance and how to achieve it in their lives.
